The cashflow game more specifically, Cashflow 101 made me realize how bold and reckless my investment decisions were. I learned that my investments were made on pure emotion, and that it was the wrong way of doing an investment. With the cashflow 101 game I learned that opportunity comes only once, and if you're not financially or educationally ready to take on the opportunity then the opportunity will pass on you.
Because each people are different, the learning that comes with the game might also differ from one another. The common denominator is that we all learn by making mistakes, no matter how big or small. Sure, there is no substitute to real-life experience. But it will cost you a lot of time and money making mistakes in the real world. Treat this as a simulation game of the financial, and business world in real life.
Cashflow Game Overview
The Cash flow game comes in two flavors, Cash flow 101 which goal is to take yourself out of the rat race and be financially free by establishing assets that generates you passive income. Cashflow 202 which is more focused on the investment part or the investments that the rich takes on (which they call the fast track). I've yet to play the cash flow 202 game but I'm looking forward to it. You can search for groups that conduct this game here in the Philippines. They charge for as low as 400 pesos which I think is worth the lesson you'll get inclusive of lunch, or you can buy Cashflow 101

Cashflow 101 Game

I've been playing 101&202 for the past year. Game in it self has been a very valuable resource of knowledge in the area of finance and business. However, trying things out in real life is a whole different issue. I've found that some of the revenue gathering games are a great tool to get a feel for how it feels to toss tens of thousands of dollars in risky adventures without being in hazard of losing real money. If any of you wants the ability to play around with real money without paying a dime you can give it a try. MagnusCash.com has a specific project dedicated to Cashflow. It's called 'Cashflow trainer', you can easily find it on the website: magnuscash.com.
