I was asking myself what things I have in me that is preventing me to become rich. There were a lot of them but the first thing that came in my mind was this... Having the thought of having a lot of money, but feeling guilty about it for reasons like people might think that all I think about is money and to become rich.

Rich and Guilt Don't Mix

How is this a problem? This is a problem because your guilt is gonna hold you back. I don't think we can be rich with this kind of mndset and if I try to rationalize things, having more money would actually only make me help more and give more. I think that we are destined to live a life in abundance. A lot of people are having a hard time accepting that and would rather think that they are destined to live a life in misery.

Based on my observation, thinking of having more money becomes only bad when mixed with negative emotions for example, the thought of getting even with someone (revenge) mixed with the thought of having a lot of money. That's a postive and a negative thought and the law of attraction forbids it.

Aspiring to have more money is a positive thought and must be mixed with a positive compelling reason as to why you want to have it.

So if you have a good reason to think about having a lot of money, then there's no need to feel guilty about it. Push through with that, plan, and take care of your actions.
