The typical way of doing business online is to post an item, wait for buyers to bid or contact you and from that point on negotiate how you do business.
For years, online business owners have to wait for customers to come to them and for buyers to search for what they need. But what if these could be changed? What if there was another way of searching for the things we need, another way of offering our products and services?
Introducing Splize
What is Splize? Straight from the product manager herself, Andria Pasco explains what Splize is.
"Splize comes from the word 'splice', meaning 'to connect. ' It focuses on offers and needs. For example, each one of us has offers to capture the market's needs and also needs waiting for offers. This new network site will add more value to the B2B connection."
Why Splize? Why not just go with proven, existing services such as e-bay?
"Through splize, wherein we developed and continuously enhance intelligent matching, you can see when people's needs match your offers."
Just imagine the flexibility that this new technology brings you. The system automatically connects you to people who offer the products you need, or those who need the products you offer.
Using Splize
Splize offers an easy-to-use, intuitive graphical user interface that is sure to make social media users feel at home. Speaking of social networks, you can sign-up using an existing Facebook or Twitter account.
The option to sign-up using a separate, new account is as easy as providing your e-mail address and clicking the submit button. You can sign-up as an individual or as a business entity.
Once you've signed-up and logged in to your account, you can begin posting your offer (if you're selling something) or needs (if you're looking for something). You can include a brief description, upload an image and attach a YouTube link.
Searching for a need is as simple as telling the person next to you what you're looking for... For example, if you're searching for a yacht that is about 60 to 80 feet and one that is available for rent, then you click on the home page and put the phrase "A yacht 60 to 80ft. for rent" in the text field under the Need tab.
If you need a closer follow-up on transactions, you can comment on the item posted or message each other. For security purposes, you can also check on an individual's feedback before doing business.
Enough babbling. Go ahead and try out the application. It's free!
